OVERVIEW :

By purchasing a ticket and attending our Paint and Sip Class by DillyDreams, you as the attendee agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This Event is organised by DillyDreams Designs and will be hosted at a third-party location, typically a licensed pub / hotel or cafe.

AGE :

This is a 18+ event. A valid government-issued ID may be required by the Venue for entry and alcohol service. No refunds will be given for attendees turned away due to age restrictions.

BOOKING :

  • Tickets must be purchased online in advance unless otherwise stated.

  • All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only offered in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling. 

  • Bookings are non-transferable without prior written approval.

  • All art supplies are provided and included in your ticket.

  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings and clothing. We recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting paint on.

  • We are not responsible for any accidental damage to personal items or clothing.              

Filming and Photography Consent :

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that the Event may be recorded, photographed, or filmed for promotional and archival purposes. Your image, likeness, voice, and any artwork you create may appear in videos, photos, or promotional content published by us or our partners.

By entering the Venue, you grant us the irrevocable right to use such media without compensation, credit, or additional consent. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please notify a staff member before the class begins and we will do our best to accommodate you (note: we cannot guarantee full exclusion in crowd shots).

ALCOHOL :

  • One drink will be provided at the event after this, alcohol will be available for purchase from the Venue (not included in your ticket price).

  • You must comply with all Venue rules and local laws regarding alcohol consumption.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, appears intoxicated, or disrupts the class. No refund will be provided.
